I enjoy teaching Body Pump, this was the first Les Mills programme that I started to teach. I have been teaching this programme now for many years and love it, still feel as passionate as I did for this resistance workout training as I did when I first started this programme.
Why? Body Pump is one of the worlds fastest ways to get in shape, as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
I love the change of choreography and music which is refreshed every 3 months.
I love group exercise classes, seeing changes in people who come to the classes – improvement of strength, confidence building.
Equally, I love to see them see and feel the results – improvement of general fitness, shape and tone, strength and confidence.
